Bows & Thrown Weapons

Bows are considered 2 handed weapons and must be placed into Hotbar slots 1 or 2. When equipped, Press and Hold RMB to draw and aim then LMB to fire, letting go the RMB will release the drawstring. Arrows are selected from your Inventory from top left to bottom right order but to change arrow type manually, RMB on the arrow in your Inventory and select “Equip”.

Sometimes found as rare loot in a Bunker but as a rule Bows need to be crafted as only Arrows can be found whilst looting.

A lot of items need to be unlocked in the Technology Tree and a Battery Table needs to be built with enough power to run a Machining Table to craft the more advanced items. All of the advanced Bows & Arrows need Steel to be crafted which requires a Guide:Steel Crafting and is unlocked after the Electric Furnace.
