Armour and Armour Crafting
Overview
Armour and Clothing can be Crafted or found in Loot and is made from various Materials and can be repaired when broken.
Tip- Thick Hide can be farmed from Penguins and Seals found in the Cold Region, a lot easier to kill than Bears or Mammoths…

The game has 5 Armour/Clothing slots.
- Head– Hat, Hood or Helmet.
- Body– Vest, Tunic, Outfit or Chestplate.
- Hands– Bracers or Gloves.
- Legs– Tabard, Trousers, Leggings, Pants or Skirt.
- Feet– Boots.
- *How much Armour weight can be worn in Kg.
*-The Skill “Plate Carrier” is required to be able to wear heavier Armour.
The range is 5Kg (unskilled) to 36Kg.
- Name of item and its rarity in the game.
- In game bonuses.
- Condition of item.
- The repair cost of repairing it to full 100%.
- The items returned when dismantled.
- The weight of item when worn.
- The sale price to the Trader when sold.
- The Red box outlined section will appear if already wearing an item in that slot and shown as a comparison.
Starter Gear
The player just starts in a loincloth with the first Clothing available to craft at Level 6, the Primitive Vest and Tabard. These are found in the Crafting column in a players Inventory and each require Hide x2 and Rope x3 to make.
Armour bench
The Armour Bench is the main item to craft future Armours and Clothing.
It will show everything that can be crafted and show what level is required and/or if a Schematic is needed.
It is unlocked at Level 11.
- A tab for each Armour Slot.
- The list of items to craft.
- Name and image of item.
- Time it takes to craft.
- Items Bonuses.
- Materials and quantities to craft the item.
- When moused over it will compare with current item worn (if any).
- The in game look of the item when worn.
- Colours available for that item Pink/Red, Green, Brown and Blue (if any).
- Players Inventory.
- Crafting queue (4 items at one time).
- Item when crafted appears here for collection.
Forge
The Forge is unlocked at Level 15 and although it doesn’t make the actual Armour, it makes the “Base” items required for the higher tier Armours.
All 5 items need Steel Ingots, Heavy Plating, Resin Binder and Shell Mixture to be crafted.

Learning Armour Crafting in the “Knowledge” Inventory tab will give better bonuses to items crafted:
(Rare, Epic and Legendary).
This only affects the Overall Armour Rating (if one) and the specific part Armour Rating, IE: Head, Boots or Hands etc).
In the image to the right the green arrows show the increase in the two stats and the quality of the item (Legendary).
Armour List
- Item name- The name of the item in game.
- Level- What level is required to make it.
- Schematic?- Is one required to learn first.
- Bonus- The “Stats” of the item.
- Weight Kg- The weight of the item when worn.
- Materials Required- items to craft the it.
- Repair Cost- What’s needed to repair the item.
- Craft Time- The time it takes.
- Dismantle Items- Materials returned.
- Trade Value- Its Gold Coin worth at the Traders with damaged items fetching less.
- Colours?- Can you colour customise it.
*= Equipping the full Blacksmith Armour set (4) grants 100% resource return when demolishing full HP Structures instead of the usual 50% return.
**- The Warriors Chestplate and the Warrior Trousers are needed for the Tutorial System.
Padded Plating, Heavy Plating, Reinforced Plating and Gold Fragments are crafting items and can only be found when looting. Obsidian is mined in the pyramid found on the northern Desert Island.
