No One Survived: 2026 Road Map

The 2026 Road Map for No One Survived was announced on Steam here on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

⚠️ The roadmap represents the current development goals. The actual update order and content may be slightly adjusted based on the development progress.

1st Quarter

The plan for Q1 is focused on improving backpack management, character growth, blueprint acquisition, and stamina options.

Survival Ease and Growth Optimization:

  • Added Stamina Trait Options: You can choose to increase or decrease your character’s stamina recovery speed.
  • Smoother Backpack Management and Character Growth.
  • Super-Fast Backpack Organization: Hold Shift + Click on an item to quickly move all items of the same type in your backpack.
  • New Blueprint Acquisition Method: Obtain blueprints through special exchanges with merchants and by completing specific tasks.

The Version 1.0.0.2 Update Notes from Q1 of 2026 as listed on Steam here on March 15, 2026.

Add:– New feature: Timeout exit option in the tutorial interface for first-time game entry.
The brand-new BGM system and the brand-new BGM.
– The bandits will now make noise when they detect players.
– Now, kills achieved with incendiary grenades and hand grenades are also counted.
Added one-click transfer of similar items to the right-click menu.
Added the ability to exchange key blueprints from specific merchants.
Added endurance-related features.
Optimization:– Increased the maximum stack quantity of base materials.
– Increased the maximum burn time of workbenches requiring fuel addition.
– Adjustments will not refresh wandering bandits in the first 10 days.
Bug Fix:– Adjusted the position of the women’s sunglasses.
– Fix the right-click menu of the backpack, which remains visible after opening the skill panel.
– The repair character can stand on the sofa and interact with it, causing positional errors.
– Repairing small potted plants cannot be built on a coffee table.
– After many days, the fallen fruits from the trees will rot.
– Fix the issue where the tactical jacket cannot be equipped.
– The useless compound bow drawings have been deleted.
– The repair task for making a simple cloth bag cannot be completed.

2nd Quarter

The Q2 plan lists new features for base building and power systems.

Homestead Construction and Power System Innovation:

  • Added the ability to build torches.
  • Added the ability to grow tobacco and various fruits.
  • Power system visualization: The battery interface will display detailed charging and power generation data.
  • Allows empty backpacks to be placed into another backpack (Note: the backpack being placed into must be completely empty).
  • Added automatic garage doors. When you return in your vehicle, the gate will automatically open.

3rd Quarter

The Q3 plans to focus on increased challenges and improved rewards in combat and hordes.

Crisis Escalates and Loot Increases:

  • Zombie Horde Evolution: New zombies with different attack methods have been added, along with special infected that only appear in specific areas (such as military bases and bio-labs), challenging your combat strategies.
  • Ecological Adjustment: More animal species will be added to the wild.
  • Realistic Looting: After killing bandits, their equipped gear will now drop directly, including masks, backpacks, and armor.

4th Quarter

For Q4 there will be new features for sky exploration and endgame challenges.

Sky Exploration & Endgame Challenges:

  • Air Transport: Helicopters will now have item storage, or we may introduce a higher-level helicopter with a cargo hold.
  • Deep Looting: The number of searchable contain ers on the map has been significantly increased.
    There will be more resource points worth exploring.
  • Rooftop Loot: We’ve added exclusive rooftop loot points to system buildings-treasure troves accessible only by gyroplanes.
  • More Late-Game Missions
